My collection explores what identity is, what it consists of and how fashion can create identities. I have studied the difference between selling a designer on the basis of their consumer brand and the creation of individual pieces which people can use to strengthen their own identity. I have created a collection which seeks to communicate our striving for a self through the identities of others instead of our own.
